Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
About these terms
Rentable.PH (“we”, “us”) is software that Philippine rental businesses use to manage bookings, inventory, payments, deliveries, returns and an online storefront (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your login.
- The business owner decides who is on the team and what each role can do, and is responsible for the people they invite. Remove access for people who leave.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
Your business and your customers
- You own the records you put into Rentable.PH, including your customers' details. For your customers' data, your business decides how it's used and we process it on your behalf.
- You're responsible for having the right to collect and use that data, for the privacy notice and consent shown on your storefront, and for what you upload or write.
- Photos, logos and banners you upload are viewable by anyone with the link. Don't upload anything private.
- Rentable.PH records and organizes your information; it is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Plans, limits and payment
- Each plan includes the features and limits shown on the Pricing page: for example staff seats, modules, and a monthly allowance of customer emails and SMS. The service enforces these limits.
- Paid plans are billed in Philippine Peso as shown on the Pricing page. A change of plan takes effect once we confirm your payment.
- Customer messages beyond your monthly allowance use credits you buy from us. Credits don't expire.
- We may change plans, prices or limits. We'll tell you in advance, and a change applies from your next billing period.
- You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that is unpaid, breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
Payments between you and your customers
Rentable.PH records payments, deposits and refunds that a rental business handles through its own channels (cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer, card and so on). It does not process, hold or transfer money. Receipts and statements it produces are not official receipts; issuing official receipts and meeting tax obligations is your responsibility.
Booking requests
A request sent through a storefront is not a confirmed reservation. Each rental business is responsible for confirming availability, pricing, delivery and terms with its customers. The rental contract is between the business and its customer; Rentable.PH is not a party to it.
Emails and text messages
Rentable.PH sends emails and text messages to your customers on your behalf only for the kinds of message you switch on (for example booking confirmations and payment or return reminders). You're responsible for having your customers' consent to be contacted. We may limit or block sending that looks abusive.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to:
- break the law or others' rights, or store content that is unlawful or harmful;
- send spam, or submit false or automated booking requests to any storefront;
- probe, overload, bypass the limits of, or interfere with the service or other businesses' data;
- resell or share access to the service outside your own business without our agreement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. Keep your own copies of anything critical: you can export your customers' data and reports from the app.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost bookings, revenue or profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that Philippine law doesn't allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account owners. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions? Write to hello@rentable.ph or use the contact page.
